About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Communications Executive to join our Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team. The role offers a communications professional the opportunity to broaden their skills by translating complex business priorities into clear, engaging, and impactful content. It will play a key part in delivering the integrated communications that increase visibility and awareness of Carlsberg Britvic.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create industry leading content and assets across channels ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with corporate priorities
  • Deliver integrated comms campaigns (internal + external) that bring Carlsberg Britvic's strategy and story to life.
  • Keep our content calendar on track, helping plan and deliver great stories, milestones, and business updates.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to uncover insights and turn them into compelling storytelling opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Communications team to make sure our messaging is clear and consistent across all channels.
  • Support events and media moments, including journalist visits, briefings, trade events, and stakeholder activities, helping with planning, logistics, and content.
  • Help profile our leaders by identifying opportunities across media, events, podcasts, and industry platforms, and preparing their briefing packs and talking points.
  • Keep us organised by raising purchase orders, managing subscriptions, supporting supplier relationships, and helping track team budgets.
  • Continuously improve how we work by contributing to better processes, templates, and workflows.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Degree in Communications, PR or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity
  • Strong eye for details
  • Keen eye for what makes great PR stories, new creative approaches to deliver impactful communications
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Working knowledge of PR expertise is desired (consumer, trade, corporate)
  • High work ethic with the ability to build relationships and have a strong influence
