Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time

For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Brand Manager – Premium Beer, reporting into a Marketing Controller. This is a key role within the Premium Beer team, responsible for defining and managing the 1664 growth agenda in the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Shape and deliver the 1664 growth strategy, expanding customer reach, increasing frequency, and growing brand equity
  • Translate long-term vision into clear, commercially driven annual plans, with full ownership of brand and financial performance
  • Manage end-to-end, full-funnel communications, defining the role of each channel (ATL, digital, social, experiential, shopper) to maximise impact
  • Create and deliver effective integrated campaigns that balance short-term results with long-term brand building
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent, distinctive execution across every consumer touchpoint
  • Own and elevate the creative process, from insight-led briefs to high-quality, effective campaign delivery
  • Manage and inspire agency partners, ensuring high-quality performance against objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Engage key stakeholders and customers, acting as the voice of the brand to unlock growth opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, impactful plans across commercial, insights, supply, and finance
  • Own and optimise the A&P budget, ensuring smart, high-return investment
  • Boost results and ROI by using a test-and-learn mindset to keep refining effectiveness

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in FMCG brand management on large, well-established brands
  • Established experience in shaping and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Experienced in guiding agency partners to deliver high-quality creative work
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate insight into clear, commercially-driven growth plans
  • Solid creative instincts and a clear understanding of high-quality work
  • Commercially aware, with ownership of budgets and delivery against financial targets
  • Able to navigate complex organisations, engage senior stakeholders, and build alignment across teams
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering through others
  • Highly organised and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and land results
  • Demonstrated business insight, with experience overseeing brand P&L and creating value
