Location: Hybrid– with monthly travel to Carlsberg Britvic sites, including Tamworth, Leeds & Hemel Hempstead

Job Length: 18 Month FTC – Full Time (35 hours)

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract. This role will be key to developing and maintaining our On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Field Sales teams with development of sales tools, training and technical support
  • Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Identify and develop integrated solutions to drive improved ways of working and efficiency for field sales
  • Management of customer data and maintenance across several systems

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Strong IT literacy including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to build strong internal customer relationships including managerial
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident problem solving & can-do attitude
  • Analytical skills with ability to translate into actionable steps
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Experience of working in fast-paced FMCG company at an operational level is desired
