Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 45 hours per week. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am, on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required outside those times to suit business needs.

About the role: If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
- Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
- Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
- Supervising a team of operatives for a smooth running of operations across all shifts.
- Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
- Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
- Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
- FLT Licence or experience is desirable.
- Manual handling experience desirable however full training will be provided during induction.
