About the role

We are now recruiting for Depot Administrator to join us at our Cardiff Depot. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Role responsibilities:

  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently
  • Monitoring incoming mails for stock exchanges
  • Processing daily transfers and pick sheets for the depot and liaising with drivers and other depots to resolve internal queries

Experience and key attributes:

  • IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP systems
  • Knowledge of transport operations
  • Transport administration experience
  • Operator license awareness training is desirable
  • Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team
  • First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
