Logistics Administrator Location: Bedford, MK41 0LZ
Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Working on the afternoon shift, starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:
As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll be the go-to for stock movements, delivery notes, and customs processes. If you’re detail-driven, confident with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
- Understand the delivery process and product demand.
- Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
- Manage stock movements between depots.
- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
- Create delivery and customer collect notes.
- Manage customs and excise process.
- Support Shift managers and senior managers.
- Debrief and related investigations.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- IT Literate with experience using MS Office.
- Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
- Have sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
- Previous warehouse or stock administration experience.
- Possess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
- Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
- First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
