Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: Average of 48 hours per week with start times to vary, no earlier than 4.30am.

About the role: If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for multiple Class 2 Drivers. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Driving lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to our customers.
  • Supporting the Driver’s Mates and Warehouse team in loading/unloading stock.
  • Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments.
  • Using your knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on-time.
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • A current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
  • Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
  • Knowledge of local region.
  • Customer service.
  • Manual handling experience and/or training desirable, however full training will be provided during induction.
