About the role:
We are now recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst. This role will report into the Sales Operations Manager and will support the commercial teams with analytical, administrative tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of daily commercial activities and processes, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.
- Own the day-to-day completion of SOP-driven commercial tasks, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Manage and resolve internal and external queries efficiently, providing clear communication and regular progress updates throughout.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Customer Management teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and an excellent service experience.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service is desired.
- Strong IT skills both Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Interpersonal skills are essential, with a strong sense of collaboration within a team.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan ahead and work proactively.
- Experience working in a shared services environment is desired.
- Knowledge of customer relationship packages e.g. Kantar is desired.
