With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. Reporting to the Process Team Leader, youll play a key role in maintaining, improving and optimising our production assets. Youll collaborate across engineering and production teams to keep our operation running safely, efficiently and reliably. Work with engineering teams to improve performance, reduce downtime and drive technical improvements. Mechanical & electrical maintenance Ensure full adherence to LOTO, electrical safety and environmental standards, maintaining detailed CBM records. Maintain site utilities and electrical distribution systems to ensure reliable operation. Partner with production teams and mentor apprentices, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Support 5S, Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives. Conduct vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and other predictive maintenance activities.
