About the role
If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator.
Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
- Role Responsibilities
- Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
- Understand the delivery process and product demand.
- Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
- Create delivery and customer collect notes.
- Manage customs and excise process.
- Support Warehouse supervisors.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Be competent in MS Office.
- Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
- Have sound numeracy and literacy with a special attention for detail.
- Previous administration and warehouse experience is ideal.
- Possess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
- Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
- First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
