About the role: We are now recruiting for a Digital Customer Experience Executive, reporting into the Digital Process Manager – this role will be responsible for:
Role Responsibilities:
- Increase digital engagement and adoption through targeted, insight-led strategies
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and customers to increase platform value
- Support sales growth by increasing digital usage, distribution and engagement
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end digital journey, identifying and improving key customer pain points
- Promote high customer satisfaction through responsive assistance, education, and continuous improvements in service quality
- Resolve platform issues using data, testing and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage cross-functional alignment (Credit Control, Logistics, Customer Care) to embed digital processes
- Monitor performance and use customer insights to optimise platforms, improve KPIs and maintain data quality
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Experience working cross-functionally across Digital, Customer Services, Logistics, Sales and wider stakeholders
- Focused on results, with a history of delivering initiatives and producing measurable improvements
- Keen interest in digital innovation and continuous learning
- Highly self-motivated with solid organisational and time management skills
- Experience working with digital platforms, customer journeys and operational processes
- Solid analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting tools
- Clear communication skills across digital, face-to-face and virtual environments
- Skilled at critical thinking and effective problem-solving
