Location

Hybrid – Hemel (with expected travel 2 days a week to a Carlsberg Britvic site, agency site or head office)

About the role

We are now recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager for Fuel – including Gatorade, Rockstar and Purdey’s.

In this role, you will pair strategic clarity with effective execution, collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations, and contribute curiosity, creativity, and drive to a fast‑changing Fuel category.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Manage Gatorade’s UK debut, building the strategy and delivering a compelling entry into the market.
  • Create and implement a launch strategy that builds scale, improves market fit, and produces meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Engage and align senior stakeholders across multiple teams and partner organisations.
  • Shape brand positioning, go-to-market plans and standout consumer campaigns with marketing, commercial and innovation partners.
  • Own the performance of Purdey’s and Rockstar, delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Optimise portfolio, SKU mix and brand roles to enhance business value while reducing complexity.
  • Unlock efficiencies across marketing investment, resources and portfolio architecture.
  • Partner with commercial teams to deliver effective pricing, promotional and trading strategies that accelerate performance.
