About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining, optimising, and continuously enhancing our people systems to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience. It requires strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities to navigate system constraints and develop smart, effective solutions that support both our people and organisational processes. By combining logical thinking with creativity, the role identifies opportunities to improve system performance, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency. It ensures our technology enables and strengthens our People and Culture strategy, rather than limiting it, while supporting a scalable and user‑focused approach to people systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain and administer people systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and smooth day‑to‑day operation
  • Optimise system performance by improving workflows, automating processes, and enhancing efficiency
  • Manage data integrity and reporting, delivering insights to support informed decision‑making
  • Provide first‑line user support, guidance, and training to ensure effective adoption of systems
  • Configure systems, implement updates, and introduce new features in line with best practices
  • Analyse and map processes, partnering with operational teams to deliver system‑driven improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal policies, and security standards
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally and apply creative problem‑solving to overcome system limitations and drive continuous improvement

Experience and Key Attributes required

  • Strong understanding of HRIS / people systems and associated processes
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining high levels of data integrity
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimise system functionality
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security standards within people systems
  • Confident communicator with the ability to train and support system users
  • Comfortable working within system constraints to develop creative solutions
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation
