Location: Field Based – North East (We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates in the following locations - Liverpool, Nottingham & South Yorkshire)

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Business Manager, who will expand growth across our customer portfolio, increasing distribution, unlocking new opportunities, and enhancing account performance. Working closely with Marketing and Category teams, you'll bring impactful customer plans to life while building productive stakeholder relationships and delivering sustainable, long-term commercial growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow distribution, volume and share by improving customer performance and executing commercial agreements
  • Manage customer P&L performance, forecasts and promotional investment to deliver profitable growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strengthen customer partnerships to unlock new distribution and growth opportunities
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop a coaching culture that supports team growth and effective performance
  • Ensure commercial opportunities are supported by robust business cases and thorough execution
  • Work collaboratively across the business to deliver high-quality results for customers and our brands

  • Experience within the FMCG, food, beverage or hospitality sector
