Reporting to the Process Team Manager, you will operate the plant and provide a comprehensive production service according to SOPs, aiming to meet production plans and KPIs.
The role requires working 4 on 4 off rotating shifts; you will drive health and safety improvements, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice.
