About the role:
We are now recruiting for a Team Member within our Brewing & Process team at Northampton Brewery. Reporting into the Process Team Manager, this role will be responsible for:
Role Responsibilities
- Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently in line with standard procedures
- Deliver production plans, service levels, and performance targets consistently
- Resolve problems effectively while advancing continuous improvement and operational optimisation
- Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all activities
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping areas clean and audit-ready
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, building strong, effective working relationships
- Increase shift productivity and proactively identify efficiency improvements
- Complete CIL tasks and support basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Operate across key production stages, ensuring outputs meet specification and right-first-time standards
- Provide flexible support across the team, including cover for the Shift Brewing Manager when required
Experience and Key Attributes
- General Certificate in Brewing or working towards the qualification preferred
- IT literate (QC/SPC, Word, Excel)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Have knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations
- Understanding of ‘right first time’ principles
- Full working rights within the UK – we cannot sponsor for this role
