Location: Field Based, with travel across our logistics network.
Type: Permanent
Hours: 48 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, flexibility required to work any 5 days in a 7 day period. Start times vary between 6am and 8am depending on location, with potential need to work outside these times to suit business needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee large teams of Warehouse Operatives across multiple depots, ensuring all relevant qualifications and training are maintained and up to date.
- Shape and manage the SHE compliance and continuous improvement programs within CMBC Supply Chain.
- Ensure full compliance to support CMBC MHE Training.
- Conduct training in groups and on a 1-to-1 basis.
- Create and provide supporting training materials as needed.
- Work with the senior management team to achieve operational objectives, such as fuel usage efficiency targets.
- Ensure all risk assessments, training records, licenses, and other Health and Safety documentation are checked periodically and kept up to date, following up on actions as necessary.
- Provide first line support and direction to both the local management and staff in your area of work.
- RTITB Instructor Training or equivalent.
- IT literate.
- Previous experience training or coaching at both group and 1-on-1 levels.
- Experience training within an LGV/HGV or Warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of MHE Compliance.
- Flexibility to travel to conduct training sessions across the UK.
- IOSH Certification, NEBOSH Certification, or similar desirable.
