Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for packaged-product innovation, from uncovering consumer insights to developing concepts, testing them, and launching them in the market.
- Identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of category trends, evolving consumer behaviours, and competitor activity.
- Turn insights into compelling, differentiated propositions that boost Aqua Libra’s market position.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful innovation.
- Translate brand strategy into clear, effective marketing plans and deliver integrated campaigns that build equity and encourage trial.
- Manage the creation of insightful, high-quality creative work that maintains consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Track and evaluate brand and campaign performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align brand, category, and customer strategies while optimising marketing investment.
- Lead cross‑functional teams with pace and clear ownership of tasks, building strong relationships to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement throughout the team.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in FMCG brand management, within high‑growth or fast‑growing categories.
- Clear innovation experience, including insight gathering, proposition development and launch execution.
- Demonstrated ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving.
- Highly consumer‑centric, with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Effective relationship‑building and influencing skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
- Motivated, curious and willing to take initiative, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, sustainability, and contemporary beverage culture.
