Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Global Procurement Data Foundation & Intelligence to lead the development of Global Procurement's data foundation, performance visibility and decision insights.
Reporting directly to the Head of Global Procurement Excellence, the role is accountable for establishing trusted procurement data, defining KPI architecture and reporting standards, owning the global procurement dashboard landscape, and ensuring insights are used to support fact-based decision-making across Procurement.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, IIT teams, the successful candidate will build the foundations required to support Procurement's strategic digitalisation journey, enabling scalable analytics, automation and future-ready procurement capabilities.
The role ensures data is trusted, insights are actionable, and performance visibility drives faster and better decisions across markets and categories.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and strengthen procurement data foundations
- Define procurement data standards, reporting logic and data governance principles.
- Establish a trusted single source of truth for procurement performance reporting.
- Improve data quality, consistency and transparency across systems and processes.
- Partner with Digital, IT and Finance to address data gaps and structural issues.
- Ensure data readiness for digitalisation, automation and future AI initiatives.
- Own procurement intelligence and reporting
- Own the global procurement dashboard landscape and reporting framework.
- Define KPI architecture, performance views and reporting standards.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, timely and relevant to business needs.
- Continuously improve usability, consistency and adoption of reporting outputs.
- Support leadership reviews with fact-based analysis and clear performance messages.
- Generate actionable insights
- Translate data into practical insights for procurement leaders, categories and markets.
- Identify performance trends, risks, gaps and value opportunities.

- Experience establishing and governing KPI frameworks, data standards, dashboards and reporting solutions across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Experience improving data quality, analytical capabilities and data-driven ways of working within complex organisational and technology environments.
- Experience leading analysts or analytics-focused transformation initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Procurement experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in analytics, data governance, business intelligence, information management, data management, project management or procurement are an advantage.
- Languages
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
