About the Role

The People Services Coordinator provides customer-focused, comprehensive and practical HR support to managers and employees across GB, Ireland and International. The role is responsible for delivering all transactional elements of the employee lifecycle with accuracy and consistency, ensuring an excellent end-user experience and high-quality service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver employee lifecycle processes by managing HR, reward, HRIS and payroll activities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide informed HR guidance by applying up-to-date knowledge of Britvic policies, procedures and employment legislation.
  • Resolve employee and manager queries at first point of contact through effective case management and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate HR data by updating HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and supporting privacy-related requests.
  • Manage workflow actions to agreed service levels, escalating issues appropriately and owning each case through to completion.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, sharing learnings and contributing to a multi-skilled HR service.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored support and reduce future escalations.

Experience and Key Attributes required:

  • Previous experience working in a HR Shared services environment within a large organisation
  • Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Sharepoint
  • Show exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality HR administration and data accuracy.
  • Experience partnering Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Reward and Business Partnering teams
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong IT capability, including confident use of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Desirable if previously worked with Success Factors and ADP (payroll system)
  • Current UK Working Rights.
