About the role
We are now recruiting for a Global Category Manager – Glassware, Print & Parasols. This role will manage the optimisation for the above-mentioned POS materials across Carlsberg Group, ensuring the best value and right quality materials for our local businesses worldwide.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and further improving the current portfolio of glassware, parasols & printed materials.
- Map categories’ spend cube and identify areas, sub‑categories for optimisation.
- Develop global category strategies for the different sub‑categories of POS materials.
- Based on the category strategy either conduct global sourcing or develop best practice processes, tools and ways of working for the regions and markets to enable more efficient investment of these materials.
- Working with key senior global, regional and local stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver significant efficiencies in the POS materials area.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience within Procurement or Trade Marketing of POS Materials.
- Demonstrable experience of category spend optimisation, sourcing strategy development and execution and solid project management.
- Fluent in English, with effective communication skills both verbally and written.
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions collaboratively.
