About the role: We are now recruiting for a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract. This role will be key to developing and maintaining our On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the Field Sales teams with development of sales tools, training and technical support
- Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Identify and develop integrated solutions to drive improved ways of working and efficiency for field sales
- Management of customer data and maintenance across several systems
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Strong IT literacy including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to build strong internal customer relationships including managerial
- High attention to detail
- Confident problem solving & can-do attitude
- Analytical skills with ability to translate into actionable steps
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience of working in fast-paced FMCG company at an operational level is desired
