Working Hours: 45 hours per week, starting at 5am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

As a Load Planner at Carlsberg Britvic, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient distribution of iconic beverages across the UK. You'll coordinate logistics to meet business needs, working closely with support teams and other depots. We're looking for a flexible, forward-thinking candidate who can adapt to changing demands and contribute to our dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and controlling the activities of the CMBC Transport Team
- Ensuring planned routes are in line with working time directive (WTD) and drivers’ hours.
- Producing optimal transport plans and approving transport routes.
- Assisting the Transport Planning Supervisor to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.
- Monitoring the Transport Management software.
- Liaising with depots and customers regarding deliveries and any issues.
- Ensuring the department complies with health and safety legislation.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP preferred, not required.
- Experience in a similar transport or route planning role.
- Experience using DiPS planning system preferred however not required.
- Basic knowledge of working time directive and vehicle restrictions.
- Numeracy and literacy with attention to detail.
- Communication at all levels of the business.
