About the role
We are now recruiting for Depot Administrator to join us at our Cardiff Depot. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for:
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently
- Monitoring incoming mails for stock exchanges
- Processing daily transfers and pick sheets for the depot and liaising with drivers and other depots to resolve internal queries
Experience and key attributes:
- IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP systems
- Knowledge of transport operations
- Operator license awareness training is desirable
- Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team
- First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
