We are now recruiting for a Brand Manager for Robinsons Dilutes.

This role will play a pivotal role in delivering our brand vision and being the undisputed first drink of choice for families.

Role Responsibilities

  • Bring the consumer to the heart of every decision, turning insight into impactful brand growth.
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) across the GB Marketing team.
  • Own brand performance, including P&L accountability, KPIs and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage delivery of the Robinsons 2027 Partnerships Plan, building excitement and engagement across shopper and commercial teams.
  • Develop and execute innovative brand and NPD programmes that promote sustainable growth across the Robinsons portfolio.
  • Partner with Commercial Growth teams to create aligned brand, category and commercial plans, ensuring standout execution throughout the path to purchase.
  • Monitor brand performance, translating insights into clear actions that produce results and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of innovation, activation and NPD projects, ensuring on-time, in-full execution.
  • Inspire and lead an effective cross-functional team, providing clarity on priorities and delivering against stretch goals.
  • Establish trusted connections with senior stakeholders and encourage collaborative practices across teams.
  • Build an engaging team culture where people are empowered, supported and motivated to deliver results.
  • Establish reliable connections across the company to support effective market performance.
  • Manage agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen brand equity and commercial performance.
  • Own and optimise the Robinsons A&P budget, maximising ROI, improving spend effectiveness and ensuring tight financial control.

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Brand Management experience within a branded FMCG environment on a large-scale consumer brand.
  • Background in expanding brand presence, increasing brand value, and improving business results.
  • Well-developed strategic planning skills, using consumer and shopper insights to shape effective brand strategies.
  • Experience managing Brand P&Ls and A&P budgets.
  • Effective cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability in project management with experience delivering results.
  • Experience working with creative, media and activation agencies.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and develop teams within a matrix organisation.
