What you’ll do:
- Work with a Regional Sales Manager and sell the Soft Drinks and Beers portfolio, making face‑to‑face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan focused on maximising sales.
- Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer needs, local consumers, and executing solutions.
- Adopt a full‑category selling approach, growing and developing every outlet for the benefit of the retailer and Carlsberg Britvic.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business‑development approach to grow sales and market share.
- Use data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
- Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach, offering alternative solutions to tackle challenges and win over stores.
