The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
Location: Wolverhampton
Job length: 8 month Fixed Term Contract until 1st October 2026.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, on a 3 shift rotating pattern. 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday or 10pm to 6am Sunday to Thursday. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

About the role:
If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role responsibilities:
- Warehouse Headset & Voice Picking
- Stock replenishment
- Stock verification accuracy, ensuring all stock is picked correctly and volumes are confirmed against relevant documents (e.g., delivery and pick notes)
- Stock returns
- Safely and efficiently operating manual handling equipment (PPT and FLT)
- Using SMART manual handling techniques
- Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
Experience and key attributes:
- Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG
- Headset and Voice picking experience
- FLT Licence and/or experience desirable
- Attention to detail
- Manual Handling
- Health and Safety practice
