Contract: 8 Month Fixed Term Contract - Immediate start (Ending in March 2027) – Full Time

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer support service to Carlsberg Britvic, always maintaining a friendly manner
  • Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Follow company procedure on customer responses
  • Promote online digital applications to customers
  • Manage multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Recent call centre experience or customer facing environment would be desirable but not essential
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running
  • Ability to work well within a team, but also manage own time and workload
  • Able to quickly identify problems, think flexibly and resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills, with a sympathetic telephone manner
  • Passionate about providing high quality customer focused services
  • Excellent administration, IT, and organisational skills with good experience of using MS Office software
