Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvicβs brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy. With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. About The Role
Drive profitable growth for Carlsberg Britvic through advanced data analytics and predictive modeling. As a Value Strategy Analyst, you will develop sophisticated analytical solutions that optimize price and promotional planning, directly influencing business performance and commercial outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference through data-driven insights while working in a dynamic FMCG environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain predictive analytics tools that enable the Value Strategy team to create optimized pricing and promotional plans with greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop category-centric analytical solutions that identify pricing dynamics and generate compelling, data-driven selling stories.
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting suites using both internal and external data sources to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with the Value Realization team to integrate data flows and support the Revenue Growth Management strategic roadmap.
- Partner with IT and Data Analytics teams to optimize data management within the Britvic infrastructure.
- Apply statistical modeling techniques to answer strategic business questions and support cross-functional projects.
- Continuously evolve planning tools to enhance category-centric approaches to pricing and promotional strategies.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data management tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Snowflake, Python, R, SAC, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as linear regression and time series analysis.
- Degree-level qualification with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a curious, innovative mindset that challenges conventional thinking.
