Title: Technical Services Representative – Permanent.
Field‑based role covering customer sites across Central London and the M25 corridor.
Working
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week on a 4‑week rota, including one weekend every four weeks and two bank holidays per year.

About The Role
As a Technical Services Representative, you’ll be a brand ambassador delivering a brilliant first impression to our customers.
You will install, maintain and repair soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across Central London (M25 corridor) and share advice and tips on how to serve the very best drinks.

- Role Responsibilities
- Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Central London (M25 corridor).
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first‑time fix where possible.
- Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
- Provide technical advice and support to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
- Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing an excellent service experience.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
- Full training will be provided for those with previous experience using drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment.
- Strong practical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
- Highly adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and daily challenges.
- Confident using IT systems to complete service reports, manage workload and communicate effectively.
- Able to work independently, manage your own schedule and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Commitment to working safely and following health and safety procedures.
- Key Performance Measures
- All activities completed to standard, delivering a perfect serve every time.
- Number of repeat service calls reduced.
- Minimum service calls following installation, diagnosis, repair and exchange of capital equipment – coolers, bar valves.
- Site time reduction.
- Great Carlsberg Britvic Technician Audits – Health & Safety, preparation for work day/week.
