Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic beers.

  • Hands-on experience with automation or process-control systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply continuous-improvement and problem-solving tools (e.g., PDCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa) in a structured and consistent way.
  • Proven skill in influencing operational teams and driving meaningful, lasting change across production environments.
  • Ability to coach, develop and upskill others to embed sustainable improvements and optimise processes.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, prevent process losses and manage competing priorities.
  • Solid project-management capability, able to lead and deliver technical, process or improvement projects on time and to standard.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean management systems and troubleshooting methodologies, with the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.

Educational requirement: IBD Diploma in Brewing (mandatory); Master Brewer qualification or active progression toward it preferred. Current UK Working Rights, or ability to obtain.
