About the role
We are now recruiting for a Senior Global Procurement Manager – Data, Insights and Performance within ISC, based at Carlsberg Britvic. This role will lead the build and transformation of Global Procurement’s data, insight and performance capabilities, transforming it into a reliable, decision‑enabling ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities
- Build, stabilise and own robust procurement data foundations, resolving gaps, inconsistencies and fragmented systems.
- Define and implement pragmatic data standards in partnership with xIT.
- Personally drive resolution of critical data and reporting issues to enable confident decision‑making.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of procurement performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates.
- Continuously improve the usability, relevance and business impact of reporting and insights.
- Develop analytics capability from foundational reporting to actionable, decision‑ready insight.
- Deliver quick wins while establishing scalable, sustainable analytics foundations.
- Define and enforce KPI definitions, reporting logic and data standards across stakeholders.
- Support implementation and optimisation of digital tools (e.g. Sievo, BI platforms) and ensure data readiness for automation.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, highlighting risks, performance gaps and value opportunities.
- Embed reporting into business routines, performance reviews and leadership decision forums.
- Influence across Procurement, Finance and Digital as a hands‑on subject‑matter expert who constructively challenges with data.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics or Engineering is a necessity or the equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in a multinational organisation in a procurement role is a necessity.
- Previous experience working with or alongside continuous improvement is desired.
- Strong experience and knowledge using Sievo, SAP, Ariba, Power BI or similar tools.
- Ability to drive consistency and balance immediate delivery with longer‑term capability building.
- Clear on prioritisation for reporting and analysis with strong clarity in structure.
- Confident building dashboards, datasets or reporting solutions.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working at pace.
- Comfortable influencing without authority, working effectively across Procurement, Finance, and Digital in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
