Working Hours: 42 Shift – 4 on / 4 off, 7 am – 7 pm, 7 pm – 7 am

Job Overview:

Britvic, a leading producer of juices, carbonates, and sports drinks, is seeking a dynamic and committed Raw Materials Stock Controller to join their team at the Rugby site. This role is crucial in delivering an effective raw materials operation, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and meeting or exceeding performance targets through a highly flexible and multi-skilled approach.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as site policies
  • Conduct required workplace transport inspections and quality checks
  • Control and handle materials in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Maintain operational standards, including hygiene and housekeeping
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve efficiency and performance targets
  • Actively engage in specific raw materials activities, such as health and safety representation, quality championing, and stock counts
  • Manage inbound deliveries, update SAP, and coordinate material flow
  • Undertake loading, unloading, and movement of materials, including waste disposal and recycling
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to lean principles

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Significant experience with SAP operations and warehousing
  • Proficiency in operating various mechanical handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take appropriate actions
  • Flexibility to work across multiple production areas

Education/Qualifications:

  • Recognised (RTITB) FLT or equivalent qualification
  • 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent (any grade)
  • Appropriate qualifications in warehousing e.g. NVQs desirable
