Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright.
For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic's brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK.

About the role
We are now recruiting for a National Account Manager - Tesco. This role will manage our Ales portfolio within Tesco. Reporting into the National Account Controller, this role will:
- Role Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Tesco Beer Joint Business Plan, increasing volume, revenue, profit and share growth.
- Build strategic relationships across Tesco buying functions, including Core Estate, M Daily and Online.
- Create and execute customer-specific annual plans aligned to commercial and strategic objectives.
- Partner with Category and Shopper Marketing teams to deliver impactful activations and promotions.
- Own the Tesco Beer P&L, investment plans and trade spend to improve ROI.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and implement corrective actions to support growth.
- Coordinate collaborative forecasting, ensuring accurate demand plans and proactive risk management.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring investment is aligned to business and customer priorities.
- Maintain effective commercial governance across promotions, trade spend, customer agreements and account administration.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver effective customer results.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Managed relationships with Grocers.
- Demonstrated commercial insight, including developing effective business proposals and shared-value account plans and putting them into practice.
- Dedicated to providing high service levels to our customers and growing our brands and channels in the market.
- Experience of solid performance within an FMCG business.
- Ability to build effective customer relationships that thrive and can manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Good understanding of account and financial management concepts, from S&OP planning through to invoice receipt.
- Well-developed skills in selling and negotiation, guided by strategic thinking.
- Responsive to changes and always ensures continuous improvement.
