About the Role:
As a Shift Team Leader at our Leeds facility, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and performance excellence. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and company compliance in a safe environment. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, promoting professional behaviours and embodying Carlsberg Britvic Growth Culture Principals.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a production team of approximately 10–15 employees.
Demonstrate strong safety leadership, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and PPE standards are consistently met.
Ensure Quality and GMP standards are maintained, promoting a Right First Time approach. Plan and coordinate resources to deliver the production plan and achieve key operational KPIs, including OEE, reliability, yield and waste. xgikmsk
Identify and resolve operational issues, promoting a "see it, own it, solve it" approach and supporting Continuous Improvement.
