Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‐beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright, and soft drink brands J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, plus the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK (Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea, Rockstar Energy). The business operates six production facilities and sixteen logistics depots across the UK, supporting a national footprint that unites two historic businesses to deliver success for our people.
About the role
As National Account Manager for Carlsberg Britvic's soft drinks portfolio with a focus on Retail, Cash & Carry and Digital performance, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, execute brand plans and be the catalyst behind delivering the P&L and thriving customer relationships.
Reporting to the National Account Controller, this role will play a key part in our success journey and offers opportunities to:
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to create an account contact strategy and manage its execution to drive and capitalise further business opportunities.
- Execute commercial plans for the soft drinks portfolio to deliver against budgets.
- Build strong customer relationships to deliver excellence in price, promotion, branding and point of purchase – online, depot and retail/outlet availability.
- Create a collaborative, cross‐functional network to unlock further business opportunities; build knowledge and insights across depots and outlets that can be applied to the current portfolio.
- Proactively track performance, understand key drivers and deliver against the P&L target and strategic plan.
- Ensure all investment is evaluated using appropriate ROI tools and reviewed accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional operational knowledge for forecasting and financial processes, being accountable for managing commercial administration (invoices, rebates, etc.).

- Good understanding of account and financial management concepts/processes from S&OP planning through to invoice receipt.
