Responsibilities
- As a Service Engineer you will install, service, and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling, and boiling drinking water systems across a variety of business premises throughout the UK.
- You will prioritise a diverse workload alongside peers and the planning team to ensure all tasks are completed within service level expectations and with maximum efficiency.
- You must ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and relevant company procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge within the water vending industry is highly desirable.
- Skills and experience with water cooling systems, carbonators, boilers, and filtration systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to fault‑finding.
- Background or qualification in plumbing or water vending is desirable but not essential; full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing or field‑based service environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Competent in using basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
