About the role

The Procurement Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across procurement sites in Switzerland, UK, and Poznań.

The role supports directly the VP Procurement with admin and the procurement function by managing communications, tracking activities, and facilitating alignment between teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating procurement -related meetings, maintaining key reports and documentation, and ensuring follow-ups on strategic initiatives.

The role also involves supporting the VP Procurement with organizational tasks, scheduling, and preparation of reports and presentations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment are essential.

The role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders across different locations and functions.

  • Facilitating procurement activities across our locations in Switzerland, UK, and Poland, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Managing communications, scheduling, and key administrative tasks to support procurement processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and procurement documentation to aid strategic decision‑making.
  • Supporting the VP Procurement with high‑level admin and coordination tasks.
  • Coordination of the annual procurement calendar and making sure it is adapted to the functional agenda.
  • Travel bookings and expense managements
  • Acting as a liaison between category managers, teams and markets to drive operational excellence
