About the Role

Join Carlsberg Britvic, an integrated beverage powerhouse combining the strengths of Carlsberg's beer portfolio and Britvic's soft drinks expertise. As a National Account Manager in our Hospitality team, you will lead a portfolio of customers and brands such as Foodbuy to deliver commercial targets while developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You'll be the driving force behind P&L delivery and customer relationships, contributing to our ambitious growth plans in the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to work with a world-class sales force and leverage our integrated supply chain to make great-tasting brands available everywhere.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive direct responsibility for budget delivery aligned with Carlsberg Britvic's ambitious growth plans across volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, implementing course corrections as needed to reflect changing market conditions
  • Engage cross-functionally to maximise commercial outcomes for both customers and the business
  • Establish and execute commercial plans to deliver or over-deliver against budgets while accurately forecasting demand through the S&OP process
  • Manage commercial risk effectively, continually assess performance against plan, reset priorities when necessary, and communicate changes proactively

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Proven track record of excellent performance in FMCG manufacturing and/or retail environments
  • Commercial experience within the FMCG industry, ideally with Beer and/or Soft drinks background
  • Demonstrated ability to develop energising relationships across functions to enable customer plans that deliver results
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts across relevant channels with the ability to build mutually beneficial account plans
  • Experience collaborating with peers to build robust and reliable Sales & Operational Plans (S&OP)
  • Comprehensive understanding of significant processes from planning through to invoice receipt
  • Passion for growing brands and channels while providing high service levels to customers
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence
