Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright.
For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK.

About the role
We are now recruiting for a
Customer Marketing Manager who will develop and implement effective activation strategies across a dedicated set of world class On Trade customers such as KFC, Marstons, the o2 and Cineworld.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Marketing to shape annual activation plans and deliver standout in-outlet campaigns that boost purchase and grow Carlsberg Britvic brands across the On Trade.
- Manage high-quality point-of-purchase execution, aligning commercial plans with customer needs while prioritising investment for maximum impact.
- Enhance ROI from activation spend, increasing customer reach, rate of sale growth and incremental profit through a performance-led approach.
- Engage and align senior stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver initiatives that support brand, customer, and commercial goals.
- Equip sales teams with compelling B2B activation tools, events and trade show support that increase customer engagement.
- Manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery, innovation and performance across activation and B2B activity.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key strategic customers to unlock growth opportunities.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Demonstrated experience building brands through customers, with exposure to the on-trade channel.
- Solid experience delivering commercial results, managing significant budgets, and improving agency effectiveness and ROI.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences from frontline teams to senior leadership.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across multiple functions to build aligned plans and deliver results in a changing environment.
- Commercially aware and structured, able to prioritise across a diverse portfolio, solve complex challenges, and turn insight into action.
- Skilled at translating strategic objectives into impactful customer marketing plans and activation programmes within dynamic, competitive markets.
- Ability to develop productive customer partnerships through joint business planning, building engagement and mutually beneficial growth.
