We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager - Customer Marketing.

Playing a key role for the Customer Marketing team, enhancing their return on investment, delivering insight and value, ensuring sound financial governance across the area.

Role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Brand teams to improve financial control, maximise ROI, and improve commercial decision-making.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities early, providing insight and recommendations to optimise business performance.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting activities, building robust plans with clear assumptions and risk & opportunity management.
  • Deliver timely, impactful reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of performance and support action-oriented decisions.
  • Engage stakeholders constructively to align immediate delivery needs with long-term value creation.
  • Enhance financial governance across customer marketing investments, ensuring effective controls and compliance.
  • Improve continuous improvement by simplifying processes, systems, and reporting, enhancing efficiency and insight across the function.
  • Support integration initiatives and wider finance projects, helping embed best practice and consistency across the business.
  • Ensure finance processes are documented, understood, and embedded to support effective ways of working.
  • Professionally qualified accountant (CIMA, although other recognised financial qualifications will be considered)
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Commercially minded, with a strategic outlook and an understanding of how finance drives business performance
  • Motivated and results-focused, with the initiative to identify opportunities and see projects through to completion
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
  • Pragmatic problem-solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and handling complex challenges
  • FMCG experience within a manufacturer or retailer environment

For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic's brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, poppi, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot's servicing customers up and down the UK.
