About the role
As People Services Team Lead, you will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of People Services across Carlsberg Britvic.
You will manage a team that supports colleagues and managers with People & Culture queries and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring consistent delivery of a high‑quality, customer‑focused service.
You will drive operational excellence, oversee service standards and processes, and continuously improve efficiency, accuracy and the colleague experience.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support an effective and compliant People Services function.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day delivery of People Services, ensuring colleague lifecycle activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and per service expectations.
- Manage and develop a People Services team, providing coaching, guidance and performance support.
- Resolve all People & Culture queries professionally, consistently, and within agreed service levels.
- Act as escalation point for complex colleague and manager enquiries, driving timely resolution.
- Oversee accurate processing of employee data and transactions, maintaining data quality and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve processes, systems and colleague experience.
- Work with Compliance and People teams to maintain controls, audit readiness and data integrity.
- Coordinate workloads and resource planning to ensure effective service coverage.
- Build and maintain a highly capable, multi‑skilled team through knowledge sharing, continuous learning and best practice adoption.
- Represent People Services across Carlsberg Britvic, promoting a customer‑focused approach.
Qualifications and Key Attributes
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes within shared services, HR operations or people services.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a customer‑focused administration or HR services team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solver.
- Experience with HR systems such as Success Factors and case management platforms.
- Understanding of payroll processes and impact of HR transactions on payroll accuracy.
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements and best practices for employee data management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
