Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
About the role: We are now recruiting for a Brand Manager – Lipton, reporting into the Marketing Controller. This role will be pivotal in delivering our 2026 growth goals and within the Hydration marketing team, the Brand Manager will be critical to accelerating the growth for Lipton and Carlsberg Britvic.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partner on the Lipton growth strategy, developing and executing annual operating, marketing, and commercial plans.
- Be the brand advocate in commercial conversations – supporting pitches, building customer buy-in, and unlocking new wins.
- Turn consumer and performance insights into clear, action-driven strategies that fuel growth.
- Own and deliver the Lipton brand vision end-to-end, including full P&L accountability and key brand metrics.
- Shape and execute brand and category strategies that motivate action and create lasting momentum.
- Protect and elevate Lipton’s brand identity, ensuring all assets are consistent and impactful.
- Translate long-term strategy into standout annual plans and campaigns that land brilliantly in market.
- Execute high-quality execution across all channels, ensuring marketing is delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard.
- Build effective cross-functional and external relationships to align plans, unlock performance, and deliver results.
- Own budget delivery and A&P investment, ensuring ROI and delivering measurable financial results across the brand.
