Company Overview: Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, with well‑known brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin and Wainwright. The company also markets soft drinks including J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence and the Pepsi portfolio in the UK (Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea, Rockstar Energy). It operates five production facilities and 16 logistics depots.

About the role: We are recruiting a Brand Manager – Aqua Libra to develop and execute innovation and communications strategies for Aqua Libra’s packaged portfolio. The role reports to the Aqua Libra Marketing Manager – Growth Spaces and carries high visibility across the business, with exposure to commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end process for packaged‑product innovation, from uncovering consumer insights to developing concepts, testing, and launching products.
  • Identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of category trends, evolving consumer behaviours and competitor activity.
  • Turn insights into compelling, differentiated propositions that boost Aqua Libra’s market position.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful innovation.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, effective marketing plans and deliver integrated campaigns that build equity and encourage trial.
  • Manage the creation of insightful, high‑quality creative work that maintains consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Track and evaluate brand and campaign performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align brand, category and customer strategies while optimising marketing investment.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams with pace and clear ownership of tasks, building strong relationships to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Encourage creativity, curiosity and continuous improvement throughout the team.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience in FMCG brand management within high‑growth or fast‑growing categories.
  • Clear innovation experience, including insight gathering, proposition development and launch execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving.
  • Highly consumer‑centric, with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Effective relationship‑building and influencing skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
  • Motivated, curious and willing to take initiative, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, sustainability and contemporary beverage culture.
