As a Customer Investment Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Customer Investment function to optimise the way Carlsberg Britvic invests with Off Trade Customers to drive profitable growth.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Investment, you'll help deliver reports, analysis and insight that drives greater visibility of where and how we invest.
You'll be aligning to internal and external planning schedules to ensure we can make strategic decisions on Customer Investment at pace.

You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, confident in your analysis, and proactive in building relationships across the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing data and analysis for the monthly Value Creation pack.
- Building new reporting for Beer analysis, in conjunction with the Customer Investment Manager.
- Automating exiting reports and creating dashboards to drive better visibility of key Customer Investment metrics.
- Maximising visibility of Value Creation opportunities.
- Driving continuous improvement across Customer Investment reporting.
- Working cross functionally to ensure reports are fit for purpose across distinct stakeholders.
- Input into adhoc Customer Investment projects.
Strong analytical thinking-you're confident working with numbers and can translate complex commercial and financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance colleagues.
- Must have strong technical analytical skills, advanced Excel, AI and able to produce data dashboards. Experience with XTEL, Promax, Anaplan, SAC or CAP would be beneficial.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the drive to make things happen and see things through.
- The ability to build strong relationships, engage across different teams and levels.
- A natural problem-solver who's comfortable with ambiguity and can find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience in FMCG and/or Revenue Growth Management is a plus-whether from a manufacturer or retailer background.
