Overview
Permanent position as a Class 2 Driver in Tiverton, EX15 3FA. Working hours: 48 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with flexibility to work any 5 days in a 7 day period. Salary: £37,418. Role Summary
Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the role will be a key part of our journey with responsibilities across driving, loading/unloading, and customer service while supporting operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive lorries up to 26 tonnes and deliver stock to customers.
- Support Drivers Mates and Warehouse team in loading/unloading stock.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and other departments.
- Use knowledge of the local region to deliver on time and safely.
- Maintain health and safety as a priority in all processes.
Experience and Key Attributes
- A current and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
- Knowledge of local region.
- Customer service skills.
- Manual handling experience and/or training desirable; full training provided during induction.
