Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer plans in the region to optimise total volume, NR and GP and GP/HL.
- Meet agreed business objectives in new and existing accounts, maximising profit and distribution to increase product throughputs.
- Build and develop relationships with customers, wholesalers and stakeholders, ensuring a mutually beneficial business plan for both sides.
- Achieve targets for both profit and sales growth over an agreed budgeted time frame and in line with regional objectives, growing share range and distribution.
- Develop and deliver robust account plans for the next 1‑3 years that drive business growth and share (including strategy, tactics and bottom‑up promotional programme by customer).
- Conduct full evaluation of investment and promotional activity in line with Value Management principles and tools.
- Manage and optimise debt risk and cash flow and track customers through My District.
- Use FIT to help generate a plan that will deliver annual objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience of developing relationships across functions to enable customer plans that deliver results.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and value management across relevant channels.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build mutually beneficial account plans translating these into actions and tactics.
- Understanding of all significant processes from planning through to invoice receipt.
