Location: Burton‑On‑Trent
Job Length: 14‑Month FTC – Full Time
Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern of Mornings (6am‑2pm) and Afternoons (2pm‑10pm)

Role Responsibilities:
- Work to meet production targets whilst maintaining high plant hygiene standards and adhering to health and safety rules.
- Use keen eye for detail to gather samples and perform daily quality checks, ensuring products meet specifications.
- Fill records and paperwork to monitor products and machinery, tracking potential production losses (OEE, utilities, product).
- Operate various machinery and promptly report mechanical issues.
- Follow manual handling safe practices and procedures.
- Adopt the 5S culture to contribute to the drive toward excellence.
- Spot, report, and remove hazards to support the company’s Zero Accidents Culture.
- Use FLTS in day‑to‑day production roles (training provided).
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in a production environment is beneficial but not required.
- Understanding of production work practices and health and safety standards (LOTO, 5S, JT10, PMS).
- Take pride in your work and that of your team.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Ability to work within a busy team or independently as needed.
- Drive to seek improvements, stay highly motivated, and learn new skills.
