Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

About The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our ‘Plenish’ & ‘Jimmy’s Iced Coffee’ brands – the fastest growing brands within our Carlsberg Britvic portfolio. Sitting in our ‘start up’ division, you’ll report into the Head of Sales looking after some of our Grocery accounts – managing or building new buyer relationships to take us to the next level of growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Full Account Ownership – Lead and manage all aspects of your accounts, internally & externally.
  • Build strong & credible buyer relationships.
  • Develop collaborative plans to build both businesses through range, promotions & feature plans.
  • Strong Commercial acumen – Full accountability for your account P&L’s - building and agreeing investment plans, modelling & proposals.
  • Cross Functional Working – Working with category, marketing, shopper & supply to build plans with retailers & accelerate business performance.
  • Performance Tracking – To pro-actively track performance of your accounts, implementing course correct tactics as necessary & new business opportunities.
