Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, working on the night shift. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 6am on a Sunday to Thursday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

About the role:
As a Stock Administrator, your main focus will be maintaining accurate stock records and reporting through SAP, resolving discrepancies quickly, and ensuring everything balances. If you’re detail-driven and confident with systems, this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Reviewing inbound and outbound stock
- Identifying stock discrepancies and report on SAP
- Reporting stock on SAP, including discrepancies and picking shortages
- Extract small pack and check goods adjustments
- Maintain systems and spreadsheets correctly and accurately
- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Experience using SAP for data reporting and stock adjustments.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Experience of manual reporting using pick sheets.
- Previous stock administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing is preferred.
- Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
- Have sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.
- First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Customer Service.
